INTENSE JOB SEARCHES

Updated Sunday, February 03, 2008 07:24 PM

Our staff and sources will help in job searches on a professional basis.  The fee schedule depends on the nature of the search, but begins at $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours or $500.00 as a basic fee.  We do not proceed beyond that amount without specific authorization.

We strongly recommend that you do job searches on your own.  We will give advice and suggestions without charge.  This page itself has a number of suggestions about that search which we suggest you follow first.

As we have pointed out in other parts of the site - once a search goes beyond the main published lists, the search can get murky.  The reason is that there is no centralized source of all appointment information anywhere in the government.  Part of the reason is that the highly diversified and compartmentalized government we have makes the search more difficult.  Many of the appointments are for specialized projects and occur only once.  However, we will make a search on a professional basis if asked.

Procedure:  Please send an e-mail request for this service to Director@Presidential-Appointments.org.  Include detailed information about the sort of position you are researching.  We will try to suggest sources you can search yourself, but will also send details of our agreement to do the search, and arrange fee payments with you. Such fees can be paid by check or credit card.   Thank you.
